2 People Hospitalized After Deputy Involved Accident
A Dorchester County Sheriff’s Deputy and another driver have been hospitalized after an accident early Saturday morning.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says that accident happened at the intersection of Highway 78 and Berlin G. Myers Parkway.
There is no word right now on what caused that accident.
But the Dorchester County Fire and Rescue verifies that one of the drivers was a sheriff’s deputy.
That deputy was taken to Trident Medical Center.
The driver of the other car was taken to the hospital at the Medical University of South Carolina.
There is no word on the extent of their injuries.
